This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through rashihenna.com are processed, shipped, and delivered.

1. Order Processing

Rashi Henna ships orders from California Monday through Friday, excluding postal holidays.

Orders placed by 6:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) are processed for shipment on the next eligible shipping day. Orders placed after 6:00 PM PT are processed on the following eligible shipping day.

Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Delivery estimates begin after the order has shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Transit Times

We currently offer the following USPS shipping options within the United States:

USPS Ground Advantage — Estimated 2–5 business days. Economy option; best for non-perishable products.

USPS Priority Mail — Estimated 2–3 business days. Recommended for fresh henna and most orders.

USPS Priority Mail Express — Estimated 1–3 calendar days. Fastest option for urgent or time-sensitive orders.

Carrier delivery windows are estimates and may vary based on destination, weather, holidays, carrier conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

3. Fresh & Temperature-Sensitive Products

Fresh henna cones, bulk henna paste, Jagua gel or cones, and kits containing fresh paste are temperature-sensitive.

For these products, we recommend USPS Priority Mail for everyday shipping. Priority Mail Express is the best option for urgent orders, important events, or when the shortest possible transit time is preferred.

USPS Ground Advantage may be available as a lower-cost option, but longer transit times and heat exposure may reduce peak freshness and staining performance.

4. When Fresh Products Arrive

Please monitor tracking so fresh products are not left outside for an extended period.

Freeze fresh henna and Jagua products promptly after delivery when the product instructions require freezer storage. Keep fresh products away from direct sunlight, hot vehicles, porches, and mailboxes for extended periods.

Always follow the product-specific storage instructions provided on the product page, product label, or included instructions.

5. Tracking

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update tracking after the package has been accepted.

6. Orders Needed for an Event

Please order early when purchasing products for a wedding, festival, celebration, appointment, or other time-sensitive event.

Shipping estimates do not include order processing time and are not guaranteed arrival dates. For urgent orders, we recommend USPS Priority Mail Express.

Rashi Henna cannot guarantee delivery by a specific event date.

7. Shipping Delays

Once a package has been accepted by USPS, transit and delivery are handled by the carrier. Weather, holidays, routing issues, service disruptions, and other carrier conditions may cause delays.

Rashi Henna is not responsible for carrier delays outside our control, but customers may contact us at contact@rashihenna.com if assistance is needed with a shipment.

8. Packages Marked Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check the delivery area, mailbox, household members, neighbors, and any alternate location where the carrier may have left the package.

If the package is still missing, contact USPS and contact us at contact@rashihenna.com so the issue can be reviewed.

A replacement or refund is not automatic for packages marked delivered and will depend on the circumstances of the shipment.

9. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible at contact@rashihenna.com. We will try to update the address if the order has not yet entered fulfillment or shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Rashi Henna.

10. International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping. Orders are currently shipped within the United States only.
