How long does shipping take?

Shipping times may vary depending on your location. We strive to ship out all orders which are received by noon Pacific time the same day.Orders received after noon pacific time will be shipped on the next day. All our orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail to preserve the freshness of the henna.

How to use henna safely ?

Pure and natural henna as sold by Rashi Henna is rather safe for normal skin types. However, to avoid the rare risk of reactions, it is advisable to that you conduct a patch test.Apply a very small amount of the henna to a tiny patch of skin. Wait at least fifteen minutes before removing. If you experience any adverse side effects, such as redness or irritation, you should not use henna on your skin.

Is henna safe for children and pregnant women?

Our natural henna is generally safe for most people, including children and pregnant women. However, if you have specific concerns or allergies, we recommend consulting with a healthcare professional before use.

What is the recommended pre-application care ? ?

Follow these instructions before applying henna : Ensure that the desired area of skin is dry for at least 30 mins before the henna application. Do not apply any cream, oils or lotions to the area where you want to apply henna. Do not forget to do a henna safety test first, especially if you have had a history of skin allergies or reactions

How to ensure dark and long stain (post-care)?

To ensure a darker and longer-lasting stain, follow these instructions : Let the henna dry out completely and then protect with a mefix tape for 12 hrs.Avoid water contact for at least 12 hours after application.Apply a natural oil, like olive or coconut oil, to the dried henna to protect the design from direct contact with water, soaps or lotions for 24 hrs.

How long does the henna stain last?

The longevity of the henna stain depends on various factors, including individual skin type and how well the henna is cared for after application. On average, the stain can last between 1 to 3 weeks.
